Temporal tapping is an ancient and powerful
technique that is very effective for changing habit
patterns. We tap up and over the right ear and
down
to the occipital bone while affirming a new condition
of our being and holding the intention that this is our
truth.
This tapping movement makes the brain more
receptive to learning and temporarily suspends other
sensory input. By tapping on the right side of the
head, we stimulate and access the creative
hemisphere of the brain while introducing a positive
new statement. The mind will be very receptive to
the life-affirming suggestion and the message of
your
intention will be carried, by the meridians (energy
rivers that flow through your being) to every system
in your body. Repeat this technique several
times a
day and whenever you "catch" yourself worrying.
You can practice with the sample statement below
and then design your own affirmations for your
unique situations. Have fun and imagine the
possibilities with enthusiasm!
Process:
With the first 3 fingers of your right hand, begin
tapping up and over the right ear. Begin at the
temple and tap down to the occipital bone. While you
continue tapping, repeat, in rhythm to the
tapping:
- I am so grateful and excited about the resources
showing up and
new situations, which celebrate my journey, my
talents
and my life with full support.
- I recognize and embrace my opportunities as
they present themselves.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you God
You can replace the word God with Source, Spirit,
Universe or Infinite Intelligence. Use whatever word
suits you.
Repeat this process throughout the day. The more
you tap the stronger the message will become in
your system and the sooner you will begin to
experience the new, desired condition.
Success tip: Remember that being in
gratitude is one of the most powerful states in which
we can anchor ourselves. It will attract beautiful
opportunities, circumstances and relationships to us!
Be
sure to include gratitude in your tapping
statements.

Called
You by Ernest Holmes. *Great read*
